Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within
fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which
you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated
by you, take possession of the last goods. If several goods
ordered together are delivered separately, the period begins
on the day you take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by
post, fax or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw
from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below,
but this is not obligatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal using the electronic
withdrawal function on our website. Follow the link
“Cancel contract” or the equivalent withdrawal label displayed
on the website and complete the steps shown.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to
send your communication concerning the exercise of the right
of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all
payments received from you, including delivery costs (except
for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery
method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered
by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days
from the day on which we are informed of your decision to
withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment
that you used for the original transaction, unless we have
expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you
incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods
back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the
goods, whichever is earlier. This does not apply if we have
offered to collect the goods.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue
delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the
day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day
period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent
back by parcel.
We will collect goods that must be returned by freight because
of their size, weight or nature at our expense. Please contact
us so that we can arrange collection.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if
that loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what
is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and
functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to the
following statutory exceptions, where the relevant conditions
are met:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated
and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision
by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised.

Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate or
expire rapidly.

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable
for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where
the seal has been removed after delivery.

Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or
computer software in a sealed package, where the seal has
been removed after delivery.
-
Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or
magazines, except for subscription contracts.
This list is not exhaustive. Whether a statutory exception
applies depends on the type of contract and the relevant
legal requirements.
