Delivery Information

Shipping within Germany (mainland)

We ship against pre-payment, with cash on delivery or payment via PayPal, free of charge from 40.- Euro and above. Otherwise a 5,95 Euro flat shipping fee is being charged per order. Cash on delivery orders are possible as well of the total order value is above 45 EUR and are charged with a 9.00 EUR fee. Your order is shipped within one to three days after receipt of payment. Delivery time is 2-3 days. In the case of any delays we will inform you via email.

Delivery to islands only upon request.

Delivery to non-EU countries within Europe

We ship to the UK and Northern Ireland (except overseas territories) as well as Switzerland and Liechtenstein against pre-payment or payment via PayPal and a flat shipping fee of 31,00 EUR is being charged per order. For big products which have to be delivered by haulier an extra fee might be applicable. This is explicitely stated for the respective products and has to be selected as an option when you chose the product. Your order is shipped within one to three days after receipt of payment. Delivery time is 5-6 days. In the case of any delays we will inform you via email.

Our customers from the UK and Northern Ireland as well as Switzerland and Liechtenstein can order tax-free. Our shop displays the net value without taxes. The customs of your country (either UK or Northern Ireland or Switzerland or Liechtenstein) will then charge the respective VAT at delivery.

For customers from Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All custom formalities and the delivery to your front door are then handled by MeinEinkauf.ch.

  • Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) (3-5 days).

Zone 2

For the following European countries 18,00 EUR flat shipping fee applies.

  • Greece (5-6 days),
  • Ireland (5-6 days).

Zone 3

For the following European countries 9,90 EUR flat shipping fee applies.

  • Austria (4-5 days)
  • Belgium (2-4 days)
  • Czech Republic (2-4 days)
  • Hungary (2-4 days)

  • Netherlands (except overseas territories) (3-4 days)
